Penguin Point

Less than a stone's throw away from the Row is a most depressing site, but which is absolutely enthralling for certain types of people.  On the side of a building is a wonderful commemorative plaque that will surely appeal to bibliophiles, as seen below-

Unfortunately, the building has fallen into a sorry state (garbage being strewn haphazardly in front) and now stands most sadly empty, hopefully awaiting the next print loving proprietor to take over and restore the Book to its glory days.  Somehow, though, that seems quite unlikely, but one can and must continue to dream.
